Not so great earbuds

Well, I talk on the phone while riding in the car with the windows down and sometimes it’s difficult to position the earbuds in my so that I can hear the other person. For the price, I expected the volume to be much louder on these earbuds. If there is an app that I can download for these earbuds, please tell me. By the way....I would have returned these earbuds, if I hadn’t missed the deadline.

Repeatedly tried to sync left earbud but would only do it 1 out of 10 tries. Frustrating. Picked up a new pair of AirPods and have operated perfectly for the last 3 months
