    Love the sound quality. Incredibly comfortable. Fantastic for workouts and as a headset in the car for calls. Why 2 stars? This is second set I bought that crapped out in less than 4 months. (The most recent pair was from Bestbuy) No obvious reason why, both times an earbud stopped working during mundane moments. None of the online troubleshooting solutions worked. Just a hassle…

    This was a refurbished buy missing the instruction manual, however, I was able to figure out how to connect to mt android phone. I just have to figure out how to remove Sara’s name and replace with my own as the new owner.

    Item does not look refurbished and box appears new however battery did not last like a new pair. Price was lowered the week after purchasing and Best Buy did match and refund the difference… Very impressed

    Tried the small and medium rubber bud but find it difficult to keep buds tight in the ear canal. Because of this I find the bass is week unless I push in
