Batteries do NOT charge

The charging mechanism is the worst I have seen. After 6 months I stopped using this one, and now after 2 years, these devices do NOT charge well at all. A real pain... BUT when it works it is one of the best! But unfortunately I do not have the batteries charged!

Refurbished are trash

Bought these thinking Best Buy Geek Squad would get these like new condition only to have them not work within a month. Called Best But customer service only for them to transfer me to Apple. Apparently Beats has a contract with Apple. Through Apple customer service, they request the serial number on the earphones. After I gave them the serial number I was told they can’t find them in their system. I’ve called multiple times to get resolution with zero help. Best Buy passes me to Apple and Apple it terrible to deal with. I’m left with a pair of expensive earphones that don’t work. 5 stars for trash, terrible customer service by Best Buy and Apple.

Just Google it. After a couple of months the left earbud stopped charging. Faulty design they should have updated years ago.
