I Bought A Defective Product

It’s not returnable nor can the manufacturer do anything in regard to fixing the headphones. The charging case doesn’t keep a charge, and the right headphone doesn’t charge or work. Neither Best Biy or Apple were a help.

Refurbished are trash

Bought these thinking Best Buy Geek Squad would get these like new condition only to have them not work within a month. Called Best But customer service only for them to transfer me to Apple. Apparently Beats has a contract with Apple. Through Apple customer service, they request the serial number on the earphones. After I gave them the serial number I was told they can’t find them in their system. I’ve called multiple times to get resolution with zero help. Best Buy passes me to Apple and Apple it terrible to deal with. I’m left with a pair of expensive earphones that don’t work. 5 stars for trash, terrible customer service by Best Buy and Apple.
