returned the item for refund. These constantly disconnected from both my laptop and phone, which has not been a problem with other headphones so I know it's not my device. They also didn't fit my ear very well, even after adjusting the over-ear piece... can't expect them to fit everyone's ear perfectly but i was disappointed about the constant disconnection.

Was fine in the beginning till the left ear bud stopped working only after about a week. It came in what seemed to be in perfect box however the inside box was a bit dusty. Sound quality and performance was perfect when it worked and then the left bud stopped working. Took it back to Best Buy and and only gave store credit. So now I’m stuck with Best Buy store credit

Total disappointment. Had high expectations but ended up returning these earbuds. Nothing but highs & mids with no bottom end. Swapped out all three ear cushions & made no difference. Only way to hear the bass was to push & hold buds tips into ear canal.

Thought they would be better than my Samsung live ear buds but nah! The sound is nothing to write home about.

My husband is totally satisfied with the refurbs. They're about half the original price, and he loves them.

The headphones are good. Took a little to get used to especially putting them on, but overall real good

Love these little earbuds. Not only do they good quality sound but they also read your texts while they are in use. Would buy again!! And I love the spring yellow.

They are not that great, very clunky in my ear and i found some less expensive ones that work much better

It took a decent sale for me to try these vs my Airpods but they're great, better sound and MUCH better for active use than the airpods. Recommend.

Refurbished, They looked brand new when I took them out of the box, Great sound quality love the color. I would recommend buying the refurbished Beats headset

Had some trouble with the bluetooth connection, and although the earhook is great for gym goers, they become uncomfortable after a while.

Great sound a bit uncomfortable.perfect for any workout will stay in place and easy to connect.

So easy to pair and just start using. While working out or joining a meeting I just put them on and they connect immediately. Clear sounds and people can hear my mic.

They’re great! Just not always easy to connect. But overall a good buy.

The only good thing about these were the battery and quick charge, my 1st gen AirPods had more thump

Constant glitches. Sound was just ok. Disconnected every time my workout timer went off. Left earbud stopped working just after the return date.

I enjoy them. I feel like maybe would be better if I purchased brand new. At times i notice i get a shortage and then music will start playing again. I believe i do a full charge but i do not believe it lasts for the amount of time that it should. I had to call customer service to assist with connecting headphones to my phone. Did not connect instantly as instructions stated it does, but not too bad of a purchase.

Just as good as new. Just no retail packaging but comes with everything else Note: this was my second order. First time I ordered a refurb I guess the package was lost.

I love the - they fit well, don’t fall off, and automatically pair with my phone. It’s also cool that the case is a charger, so they’re always ready to go.
