Purchased a refurbished pair against my better judgment, one of the beats did not work, no sound but would light up fully charged.

a bit uncomfortable actually, because of the hinges they don't fall off but the fit in my ears was a bit rough, better off with the airpods.

Case did not work!! Didn't charge at all. Very disappointed

Bought them as a gift. BF loves them! They don't fall out of his ears like the airpods do when he does upper body exercises (shoulders knock them out) Sound quality is great!

Ordered a new set and i received a refurbished one...will never buy from bestbuy again. The ear bugs work great as i would expect from Dr. Dra but the box was opened and the ear big case was a used one and does not fully charge. Ear bugs get a 5 star rating and bestbuy gets a 0 raiting.

The dre beats fit my ear perfectly. I’m glad I purchased I was unsure because I have small ears.

Good earbuds for work outs. Slight on bigger side, hold on to ears well.

My son purchase a set for me about 2-3 year’s ago. I enjoy them so much that I purchase some for my younger sister .

These are great. Air pods can still fall out, but with these you never have to worry about it.

I have always like the beats products, but in this case is a lil different. I Got this refurbished beats pro for christmas and didn't opened them until the second week of January and when I tried them for the first time I didn't like the sound. Might be because they were refurbished, even though I have bought multiple items that were refurbished and I didn't have any problem.

The item is working good only thing was that the packaging was horrible. It came in a dirty ziplock bag.

Easy to use and easy to pair with iPhone. Sounds great for music. Phone calls sound Norma and the microphone picks up your voice without any issues.

Item arrived well boxed. Should have really come with a new set of earbuds. I purchased those separately.

Worked great out of the box. Day 2, left earbud wouldn't work, then wouldn't charge. Then started to work, and right earbud wouldn't work. I reset them, and no changes. The charging case is also huge and absolutely won't fit in your pocked. I do not recommend these. Save yourself the problems and just buy the Airpods Pro. Tiny charging case, small earbuds, and they work. Very happy with them.

I have now owned the Beats full headphones and the wireless beats and now the totally wireless in ear phone still with great quality that you expect from the Beats line.

Beats ear buds are a pleasant change from headphones what a difference in sound and convenience to take anywhere. Why did I wait so long to purchase.

CNET featured this refurbished product as a great deal so I ordered a pair. My pair sounded tinny with muted midrange and bass sounds. There was no comparison to the great sound quality of my Apple Air Pods II. The only positive was the better fit of the Beats.
