Although they were refurbished they were like new and came in original box and had ear tips tha weren’t used. Couldn’t go wrong for the price

My old bluetooth headphones would cut out all the time when i ran or even walked too fast. These stay connected with great sound. Definitely recommend.

Beats Pron are easy to wear while maintaining the quality of the Beats brand. They pair very easily with iPhone and the charge on the case lasts for days.

These are some of the best if not the best earbuds I’ve had. Second pair due to dog destroying last pair.

After 5 months of usage, the earphones goes straight to the trash. The case doesn't get charged, even if it gets charged the earbuds don't get connected. Lesson learnt from refurbs, never again taking one. Spend a little bucks more and get the new one so that it will have a warranty in case of any failure.

Certified piece of garbage. After my return date only one ear piece would connect. Continually tried to hard reset them to get both to connect to no avail. Stay away from buying them. Have had nothing but problems with Beat products. Definitely never buying again.

My left ear won't charge and they refuse to let me refund it. So that sucks

So, despite being, refurbished, they are just as good as brand new. They work amazingly and I haven’t had a single issue with them.

Bought this trusting that the quality of Best Buy would be ok for a refurbished Bluetooth headset. I bought this as a gift for my dad. I paid $260 for these and the right earbud will not sync properly and connection isn’t good. Very upsetting and embarrassing to give a faulty gift.

These are the best bluetooth earphones I have owned. I prefer them over Air Pods. They are comfortable on and can wear them all day long.

After trying a variety of headphones for working out. These have been my favorite. I bought two pairs.

I bought these refurbished headphones from Best Buy in July and four months later one of the headphones stopped working. I took them to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and was told there was nothing they could do because I did not have Apple Care and it was past the one month warranty they have for their refurbished products. It's ridiculous that even though they're supposedly "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" they don't stand by their certification beyond the very short one month warranty. I love the headphones but would recommend purchasing brand new or another company that stands by their products. Complete waste of money.

I love these beats. These are all I use. I will purchase again if I have to. I bought one for my mom as well. These are the best.

Was skeptical about Beats by Dre brand ear accessories and decided to purchase refurbished ones instead at a lower cost. They get the job done if you want something that'll work on a jog. Sound quality is your typical Beats by Dre quality.

Sometimes the earphones don’t work equally or connect to the Bluetooth device I’m using.
