I received the package with the usb cord broken. The silver part was not able to connect to anything.

This is my third pair purchased from best buy and im absolutely happy with this product.

They work great! Even though I was a little skeptical on purchasing "refurbished" equipment, The packaging was like new as well as the earphones. You wouldn't know they're refurbished at all. The only downside is that they irritate my inner ear after wearing them for a few hours but other than that they've been flawless

These are the best earbuds I have used so far. I really like the battery life. Easy to pair with an iPhone. The only con the case is a little bulky.

I was really looking forward to getting these. This is the sole reason I hate buying “refurbished”. You roll the dice and hope for the best. You always think there’s got to be a reason they returned them, but always hope they were repaired or tested for proper operating before sending them off to a new customer. In this case, Geek Squad proved to be untrustworthy. Immediately right out of the box one of the ear buds was completely dead. Charged them up but the charging light never goes off, and the 1 ear bud never took a charge. The case & other ear bud are at 100%. Luckily I can return them, which I did, and just bit the bullet and bought a new set. I don’t know. Guess you have to ask what is more worth it to you. Saving $100 and chancing this, or buying new on the spot. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

i dont like that you need to have the case with you if they disconnect

Never could hear anything out of them do I took them back. Was given a really hard time by a manager Will P who wasn’t going to return them unless I paid $50 to upgrade my account because he said yesterday was last day I could return them but they didn’t work. He finally took them back. Worse experience I’ve ever had at a Best Buy’s store.

Works and looks like new. Battery life appears fine. I've had them for a few months now and am completely satisfied.
