Product was dirty came with a knock off charging cord and no ear cushions. I called to ask about this and was told I could purchase ear cushions for $15. I returned the product.

BROKE VERY QUICKLY

They are trash. DO NOT WASTE your money with buying these from bestbuy. Just because they're an already established organization doesn't mean these are quality products. They are not. These headphones began giving me issues a month after I purchased them. The right headphone at times would stop working. All I had to do was return the headphones back to the case in order to get them working again. This time around though it didn't work. Again, DO NOT BUY REFURB from best buy. It is not even similar to the condition of buying a new product in the grand scheme of things. They will break down quickly. I was hesitant at first buying a refurb product. I wish I didn't. I can't even return them as the best buy warranty only lasts 15 days.
