No ear tips included

Probably because they did not come with any ear tips. So they did not fit securely in my ears. So I returned them. Which I did at the store with no problems at all.

The right one only works half the time and both sometimes just have horrible sound to them. I wish I was able to return them but between work and COVID it made it very difficult. Spend the extra few bucks and get new ones.

May be it was just my device that had this issue or in general this issue with all I am not sure but be careful.
