Been waiting for a pair of headphones like these definitely not disappointed.

Never really consistently worked. Although when they worked they were great. More often than not one head phone would charge while the other would be at 0%. And most of the time the cool graphic that shows the case and each headphones charge levels would never show up. It would take 10-30 minutes to find out that one headphone was not charged and play around with it until I got a partial charge so I could go running. Really frustrating when all I wanted to do is grab them and start my run. I sent them in to apple to be fixed but nothing changed. I don’t think I’ll ever get a refurbished item again. Wast of money!! Wast of my time!!

They didn't work. As soon as I took them out of the box, the battery was completely dead. Then when wen to charge them, the left earbud wouldn't charge. Very disappointed.

Waste of money. They sent me a defective piece. I didn’t use the product for 4 mints and then when I started using it noticed the right earphone is defective and reached out to customer service who are unable to do anything because it is outside return or warranty period of 90 days. Wasted $99.

I was very excited to receive my Powerbeats Pro, and had already gifted my Apple AirPods to my oldest daughter because I was positive all of the online reviews would deliver to me a superior product. After taking them from the box with joy, the construction is very solid, and I loved the color I chose. The storage pod box is gigantic, but the pairing process was seamless, just like they were built by Apple. When trying to decide which silicone tips to use, I worked back and forth through all three options at least 5 times, tying to find the perfect seal without feeling like they were touching my eardrum. I settled on the medium size, and fired up my Apple Music app to give them a try. My goodness, how disappointing. The sound from these headphones is terrible for music, with almost zero low end register, and a very tinny, treble focused sound. I can’t imagine how all of the professional athletes I see wear them during warm ups, except that they get them for free and paid to wear them. I assumed I had made a mistake, so tried every combination of silicone tips, angle in my ear, setting on my IPhone EQ, but absolutely nothing would help them produce music worthy of listening to. For comparison sake, I switched between my AirPods and Powerbeats Pro during the very same song, using the same volume and EQ settings, and the old style AirPods blew the doors off of the Powerbeats Pro. I returned the Powerbeats to the store within 2 days, heartbroken to still be limited to a couple of hours battery life. I guess I will buy another pair of the original Airpods, now that my daughter is sporting her dynamic and rich sounding earphones.

Gift for my wife. She really enjoys them for the gym.

I would like a refund for store credit because the right ear piece is constantly dead even after a full night of charging. The box itself doesn’t charge the right ear piece properly.

Right headphone is not charging after 1 month. I have tried calling My local bestbuy for assistance on an exchange. I’ve been on hold for over an hour. Still haven’t connected.
