I am very disappointed with what I received today. I chose to order the refurbished product but will honestly never do so again Not only did the item arrive late but also was missing an entire wireless earphone. The one that I did receive was missing an ear piece. This is the second refurbished product that I have received that has been damaged and or missing pieces.

Not sure why one headphone will charge while the other doesn’t. Is that supposed to happen?

The earphones work great . They have a long battery life .

Used regularly at the gym. One headphone stopped working after three months. Can’t reset, it’s defective. Will be purchasing a different brand this is a loss -_-

These are worth the price even though it maybe refurbished.

Bought refurbished Powerbeats pro for $129 with tax. The main problem I saw was there is no on/off button. When I left the headsets out on my desk 100% charged next morning the battery came down to 20% each. My cheap $20 headsets has on/off button and they last 2 weeks without charging. The second issue is sound quality very mediocre The third issue is the headsets starts hurting after an hourlong use The fourth issue is during workout the headsets lost Bluetooth connection and if you don’t have charging case it cannot be paired. There is lots of room for improvements till then I will buy something else.

They were too big to fit in/around my wife’s ears so I had to return them

They dont work. I can hear but people can't hear me

I purchased these used ear buds and when I went to try them out the volume controls were failed. I returned the item and purchased a new pair which I am very pleased with. You get what you pay for is the wisdom here.

I have owned two sets of these. They are great when they charge, but they are NEVER both charged. I have tried everything, but fact of the matter is, I should be able to throw the case in my gym and have two charged earbuds when I get there. One would always be dead, on both sets! I'm not much for writing bad reviews, but I was astonished by this. I would not buy them again.

Great sound takes awhile to get use to in your ears

I cannot hear out of them, changed the attachment to different sizes still can’t hear out of them it was too late for me to return them so I’m stuck with them.

The powerbeat pro headphones exceeded my expecations

The right ear goes out in less than 3 minutes. This is not what i expected

I was initially very happy with the purchase. Then my right headphone stopped working after a few months of light use. I thought that it was simply a charging issue, as you have to make sure that they properly connect in the case. Now I’ve tried every method I can find online to address the issue with no luck. I’m left with only one working headphone after less than 30 uses. If you buy them definitely get a protection plan. This problem is seemingly common given what comes up with a simple online search.

One headphone didn’t work and someone else’s name was programmed. Clearly these are not refurbished and checked before repackaging.
