Stopped working will no longer connect to my phone or any other device I tried it on I let it go bead 3 or 4 times and still nothing

Headphones going in and out and battery not staying charge

The headphones work well for watching AppleTV. I like the recharging case, super convenient. The bass is not very strong though. It doesn’t provide the sound quality that I was hoping for.

I have the powerbeats3 which i completely love and would still use had i not broken them. I expected a product of similar quality but these dont come close. The sound is clear and the volume goes up pretty high but They have 0 Bass and that what I loved of the regular powerbeats. Also, They do not cancel noise. You are better off with airpod pros. These are not worth the money.

So, I guess it's pretty common that beats ear pieces don't charge. I wouldn't recommend buying refurbished or without warranty. Sucks...

Purchased these less than a year ago. One of my earbuds stopped working. I've used these less than 10 times. Bought certified refurbished, Apple said 1yr warranty expired, buying them refurbished for almost same cost as new was not worth it. So expensive for something with no shelf life. I loved them too when I first got them. Didn't go to gym because they were closed so I never got a chance to put to proper use before the warranty was up. Ugggh $100 to replace one bud with apple. Crazy.

Refurbished headphones came in and looked used. Not terrible, but you could tell they were previously owned. The headphones worked ok for a week, then the bass on one ear went out. Music didn’t sound rich. Returned for a refund.

I have Beats at work and decided to buy some for home. Unfortunately there was something wrong with the sound quality very tinny sound (probably why they were a refurb) and they were missing the rubber ear pieces. I was going to return them but my dog ate one before I could.

I bought these for gym sessions and running. I live in Costa Rica where its super humid and you sweat A LOT.. These earbuds didn't last 6 months.

This was a refurb. They worked great for about two weeks and then the right bud went out…only static. Tried resetting but nothing. Going to have to return now.

I wish I could give no stars but that’s not an option. The sound is very muffled not clear as Apple EarPods. I purchased them because Apple EarPods fall out of my husband’s ear easily at work therefore I purchased these and very disappointed. He did not use them right away so now we’re stuck with them or pay a $45 restocking fee which is ridiculous but I l will not purchase anything else from Best Buy for that reason.

Great battery life. Charge lasts a few days, and if you only use one at a time, you can go longer between charges. Very comfortable. Green is a great color. The only complaint is they are pricey and the buttons are easily pushed when putting on so you can hang up on someone if you are taking a call.

Love these! they're my first pair of bluetooth headphones and they're pretty great. I didn't get a manual for them since they were refurbished, so I'm not sure if they can be used for phone calls? but anyway, other than that minor issue for myself, I love them and they're freakin awesome

Don’t but this product in general refurbished or new only had it for 3 months and right one completely stopped working waste of money.

They never paired with my phone. I have to return them.

I've received the box of Powerbeats Pro earphones yesterday on Mar. 5, 2020 and tried to pair with my Android Samsung S10+ , but it didn't work. I kept trying several times and still not be able to pair with my phone. I was very disappointed. The box was torn and looked distress at the corner. The big hug labels covered all around the box i had to remove the label in order to open the box. I need to return this item and get my refund. I might consider to take my business elsewhere since Best Buy sent my a crappy item./ Tom M.

The geek squad certified headphones came with used earbuds with earwax encrusted in them. Definitely returned to the store.

I purchased a refurbished pair for $100 (50% discount) and the left earpiece stopped working after less than a month of wear. My order only allows 2 weeks to return. Please send me a new pair of refund me.

Best Buy just has the worst refurbish program when it comes to headphones. Wish they lose the refurbish program and bring back the gaming one. Anyways, the box that charges the headphones had a creaking noise, felt like it was sweated all over and it didn’t even line up right. I didn’t even bother trying on the headphones on. They were missing the medium buds. Making them useless to me. Waste of time, returned immediately.

I received the Beats ear buds without the ear plugs so I had to spend $9.00 more to get the different size plugs to match my ear. The tips of the ear buds were filthy dirty with some body's ear wax (how unsanitary)and the kit did NOT come with a charging cable. The description of what is included is false or wrong. Very disappointed. This is the last time I will buy a refurbished product from Best Buys.
