I was excited to get these earphones as I have 2 sets of wired earphones like these. I got them paired and at first everything worked perfectly. Within 30 minutes the right ear stopped producing any sound. I put them back in the charger and it seemed the right ear needed a charge. I came back and tried again the following day and get the exact same issue. I hope you get functioning units if you buy these.

I loved my Beats until one of them got wet and doesn’t work anymore. I thought they were water resistant.

After one year they don’t work called Best Buy no help:-(

The headphones would not stay paired to phone or to each other. While weight lifting or running these headphones continued to disconnect and cause disturbances in use.

They’re the same price as air pods pro. They are are pros are a way better quality. This is not worth $250

I loved the color of these and I am always willing to try refurbished products, but there is always that risk of the product not functioning. These arrived and only one was blue-tooth compatible. However, upon bringing it back to Best Buy, they helped me pick out another pair ( in black). This is a minor inconvenience, which is why I can I gave it 3 stars, however, the black pair works perfectly well and I have had zero issues with them thus far.

As a previous owner of the Powerbeats3 I figured I’d get these used because the was reasonable. About 3 weeks in no complaints everything seeks to work in perfect condition with my iPhone. I’d recommend these at the sale price I’d gotten it which was approximately half off.

Sound is ok.... I think it misses on the bass side.

Would’ve given these at least 4 stars but Haven’t had these for 6 months and the right one won’t charge

Won't charge. Most of the time, one will charge and one is dead.

There is absolutely no bass on these beats! It's awful and I've tried everything including downloading the app which was useless to try to change the settings. Nada.

These aren’t so good buying refurbished the ear piece would not charger just buy them new

Charge full battery only last 2 hours before i was getting 8 to 9 a month after 2 hours now im stuck with them to late to return and dont even have warranty

These have been a great component to my workouts! They don’t slip and are sweat resistant which I really enjoy! I have smaller ears than most people and I’m happy that they stay in place while lifting weights and doing cardio! :)

I'm very disappointed. The ear buds only stay charged for 40 minutes and then shut off.

They do not work. They will not charge. I plan on returning them.

Not only do I use this for phone calls and having a handsfree clear noise system it is also very compatible with my iPhone. It reads my messages, uses Siri and makes my iPhone much easier to use when I’m not able to use my hands!

Looks good, feels good , sounds good but one earbud doesn’t work within 4 months purchase

Product was damaged during shipping. Customer service never informed me. Didn’t arrive for Christmas. And at the end of the day they said to just place a new order. And the price had already gone up. Horrible experience
