You get what you paid for. Left ear piece was not working well. I’ll be returning it and purchasing a brand new one.

Didn’t work at all. Right ear but has not charge at all. This is “geek squad certified”. A bunch of bs.

It supposed to be refurbished. Had to return it immediately, pieces were missing.

Did not enjoy these much. They hurt the back of my ears after short periods of use. I feel like they were to expensive for the quality.

Seriously don’t get the hype about these. Volume comes and goes. Thank god I didn’t pay full price for these!

The headphones are a nice design but few major cons for $250 price tag: No ANC Extremely big case, makes it inconvenient to carry

Had to returned due to inconsistancy of one earbud. It kept not wanted to play music, making it useless.

Although the process was smooth. The quality of the product is horrible. Packaging and overall appearance was very acceptable but tge performance quality is terrible. The sound is muffled and bass is bowhere near the quality it was with the 1st set of powerbeats i purchased. Highly dissatisfied with this product wanted to return them but afraid of getting another set and have the same issue

I can honestly say, as much as I tried to avoid getting these, the marketing was great. It convinced me to buy them. I will say that I am just as happy with the wired connection that comes standard with my phone. Of course You are tethered, but it’s a hefty savings. I personally would not recommend the purchase. At the price point they retail at, I feel thuey should have a longer battery life, and have a richer more vibrant sound.

The product came as scheduled, Best Buy was really good about give updates to its arrival. It arrived in original packaging and they worked great!! I am extremely please with the product and my experience with Beat Buy

Sound quality was awful out of the box. No bass, flat, metallic, etc. I played with equalizer settings and did some additional research to see if I could improve the sound quality. I was unable to resolve. Then the right headphone stopped working after a couple of days. Were these even refurbished? Luckily, Best Buy has a great return policy.

I got them refurbished from bestbuy. Which if you can why not? It’s a great deal for a great product. Not a big fan of the colors ,but I don’t really care. I got them because of the use and performance not the color ways.

I immediately knew I made a mistake buying refurbished when these headphones malfunctioned from the get-go. I expected a like new product, one that was serviced and inspected through some type of quality control by Best Buy. Instead, I have one headphone that barely plays music, and another that is just dead in my ear. Thanks, Best Buy.

These have good sound when they connect properly and work most of the time I have connection issues , them staying connected as well as ear fatigue I’ve had 2 defective and I give up. I’ll just deal with loosing the money I’ve had enough won’t ever purchase these again new nor refurbished.

Ordered refurbished headphones to save money and right out the box the left ear piece was not working and returned the item immediately

I was lucky to get these on sale and used my bday discount. Otherwise, I would not have purchased (call me cheap). I've had previous (corded) version which I liked b/c I hate the in-ear without hook kind (they will not stay in!).

I am so happy I got this request to review this product. It reminded me I need to return it. I had a pair of non-refurbished Beats Pro, so I know how they should operate. The headphones often do not pair or display the charging info as they should when I open the case. Right back to Best Buy these go. Maybe whoever refurbished this pair was having an off day.

Sound tinny. No bass. Won't hold a charge. And not very loud. Not worth the price.

Did not work had to jump through a million hoops to get them to actually be able to get a new pair. Was told to go into a store and they could replace it only to find out they can't do anything but make me pay more for a new set

Sound quality is great, however I’ve only had them for a month at this point and I’m already experiencing issues with one earbud charging/not charging. I come back after thinking they should be fully charged with one earbud completely dead. Will probably end up returning them or just getting something better.
