Causing Allergic reactions

It is causing clear drainage from my ears and itchiness. I have since found that there are many people on redit that have posted the same issue and have contacted Apple but nothing has been done. I have submitted a complaint to Apple and am waiting on an outcome.

Uncomfortable

They’re not easy to slip on and take a fair amount of time to position them. After having them in Swahili, they make your ears sore from wearing them. I’ve returned them for Bose Open Earbuds.

Didn't even send me the right product!

Firstly, the delivery was pushed back twice. Secondly, by the time the package did come, it was the WRONG thing. It was a pair of SAMSUNG headphones, instead of Beats. It was incredibly upsetting and I will not be purchasing an refurbished items from BestBuy again.

Refurbished Buyers Beware!!

So, the refurbished Beat Pros I bought are defective. I can hardly hear on them. I took them back to the store to be serviced only to be told the serial numbers don’t match!!!!
