Great sound but the right ear piece charge only lasts about an hour now

They’re very loud which is good but when on FaceTime or the phone in general a lot of people complain that they hear everything else around me and not me. They say I sound like I’m super far away. Other than that they’re pretty good, I guess.

I'm disappointed in these. The left ear almost never works. I have tried my sons ear pods and was very impressed, I wish that I knew that the beats are shotty quality prior to buying them

They well and sound great. Easy to use. I was impressed with them. They arrived ⅕in a timely manner.

These earphones have a great range and connection setup was super easy to my laptop and samsung phone.

Item arrived on time. Quality of this item was not good. I could barely hear the sound even on the highest level. Returning for a full refund.

I saw the reviews so I just prayed I would get a pair that worked. They don't. Won't even turn on. I'm returning them and just spending the extra 75 dollars for a brand new pair and the protection plan

I bought these refurbished for my boyfriend and they came in brand new! He loves them for running and working out.

Not a comfort fit over ear. Battery is not the best. Can easily disconnect from calls with this one.

One star is very high rating considering one of the earphone stopped working after 2 weeks when I try to return they mentioned the return time is done and as refurbished it can’t be covered by warranty also

dont buy these lower sound ; lower quality inferior headphones with the word beats on them. dumb

Initially my wife noticed there was no charging cable included. We went to BestBuy and customer service found one for us-no charge. After my wife got them charged up she noticed that they were difficult to pair with certain items. Additionally, she could not move very far from devices she paired with. We are going to return them next time we are near the store. I found another set of blue tooth earbuds for less than $30 and she finds them more comfortable and allow freedom of movement away from the source of connection.

Gave as a gift and my girlfriend is enjoying using them. Great price and love the color.

My ears hurt from these there’s a hard ball plastic part that hurts both my ears kinda ridiculous I can only wear them for 10 minutes before I can’t bear it anymore not worth the price tag ):

I had never purchased a refurbished product from Best Buy before and I was a little hesitant. After reading other reviews I decided to give it a try and purchased the Powerbeats Pro Totally Wireless Earphones. Upon receiving them, they were marred and dirty; even the usb charging plug was dirty. While I realize a refurbished item is not new, I at least expected them to be clean. I was not comfortable using them in the condition they were received. Thinking this might be atypical, I attempted to exchange them, hoping for a product in better condition. The process was very frustrating; between going to the Best Buy store and dealing with the Help Center both online and by phone, I was finally able to get a replacement product. Upon opening the replacement item, the Powerbeats Pro box was deplorable. It was dirty and literally falling apart. It looked as though it was taken from the trash. Maybe the headphones were fine, but I was just not comfortable placing them in my ears. So I returned them as well. This whole experience has been disappointing and frustrating. Perhaps I am expecting too much, but even at the discounted price, I do not believe these are worth it.
