First and foremost. The headphones are too small. They are really tight and it's uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. Especially with glasses. The power button is tiny and the clicky buttons for play, pause, ff, and volume buttons feel cheap. Sound wise, they are ok. My Bose OE Soundlink headphones were 10x better. I use this mostly on Android devices and for some reason. When you turn it on. There is no indication as to what percentage the battery is at. All my other headsets and earbuds have this feature. Another example of Apple not playing nice with devices outside their eco system. If you want to pay for the Beats brand, then these are for you. Me, not so much. I'd rather pay for quality over a "b" logo

Apple is going to either fix them or replace them, which is good, but I am disappointed they broke so soon.
