Ears will hurt if you have small ears but I do like the quality

Very durable dropped a couple of times and battery life is amazing

These headphones are good don’t get me wrong but there is some problem with the volume when being on a call, not sure if it’s the quality that people think it is but for the most part very good when listening to music. Some feel like they cancel out also

The headphone work great does not come with charger but luckily I had one. I had same same day shipping and was given Apple Music and tv ect. For free for couple months. My only issue would be how my hair is down makes my audio sound low when talking on the phone.

I went to buy these beats, it was my 2nd time buying a pair and I was curious about my other options and the wonderful team at best buy was so helpful in allowing me to try other options as well as give me their input!

The best purchased I made. I can literally keep my musics and conversations private while in public, also helps me tune the world out!

I loved this product so I got it for my sister as a present! Amazing headphones.

My daughter loves these beats head phones and the fact that there wireless to she loves them even more.

The beats were okay at first until the third month of when I brought them they started to trip and the “press” button stopped working.

On the website it shows this item comes with the auxiliary cord and i had purchased last year 4 of this same model and it came complete with all accessories shown on site. I went back to Best Buy and showed them the cord was missing so they were very nice and returned it and place another order, so they order comes in and the same problem so i called Beats and they are owned by Apple and they told me that that cord does not come with that cable. i tried to explain to them that when i login to that products it shows it. please see below what i am saying is correct. they told me to take it back to Best Buy again because they dont sell it with that cord. Best Buy just buys the product to sell it, they dont package it....... what a disappointment and waste of my time as i had to wait longer bc of COVID 19. the manager at Best Buy was very nice and provided a generic for the time being.
