    I bought my Beats pro for 249,00 and the next day it went down to 149,00 and Best Buy had no consideration once so ever for me. I was also surprised with the quality of these Beats pro, they have lots of static even at low level sound being used with a cable or wireless.

    Bad product bought two that didn’t last more than 4 months . I bought 2 year warranty with them both but the didn’t honor it.

    The sound leakage is so bad it is more like a speaker than headphones. the volume is not even at 50% and I can hear every word of the song playing when I take them off. Also falls off head really easily. Not worth the money at all

    I bought this and Best Buy offered me 3 months free of Apple Music, I haven’t been able to use it and everytime I called to Best Buy customer service they don’t help me. It’s just a waist of time

    The sound quality of these was not as good as I expected. I needed a good pair of headphones for my vacation, and I know I have sensitivity to scratchy sound, but when I would turn these up I was disappointed because the sound wasn’t clear - my gaming headphones have a better sound unfortunately.

    I would never recommend this item. It does not work for me. The only thing I can do is turning it on. Item did not come with instructions.

    I have not used this product that long it has not been a year yet but it keeps shutting down and disconnects from my device. I am never able to connect it with my macbook as well. Was too busy to report the issue never got a chance to call anyone at customer service for this. And haven't used it lately:-(
