Literally wear them all day and can’t leave without them lol. Only thing is they hurt my ears but that’s because I wear studs, so they push on my ears

It’s a good pair of wireless headphones, they’ve lasted about almost a year now, however, it has its flaws, for instance the headphone audio leaks out so everyone else around you can hear what your listening to, so you can’t necessarily enjoy your music without other people tuning in as well, and last but not least the leather on the earmuffs literally begin to wear off and makes it look terrible, like it makes you look like you got attacked by a grizzly bear kind of terrible, but if you just want it to listen to some comfortable tunes and get good audio quality and don’t care about the other aspects, including the horrendous price then go for it.

These beats were great for the first month. Super loud. Super convenient. Loved them. After about 4 weeks one side went completely out. No response..i want my money back☹️ .

On the website it shows this item comes with the auxiliary cord and i had purchased last year 4 of this same model and it came complete with all accessories shown on site. I went back to Best Buy and showed them the cord was missing so they were very nice and returned it and place another order, so they order comes in and the same problem so i called Beats and they are owned by Apple and they told me that that cord does not come with that cable. i tried to explain to them that when i login to that products it shows it. please see below what i am saying is correct. they told me to take it back to Best Buy again because they dont sell it with that cord. Best Buy just buys the product to sell it, they dont package it....... what a disappointment and waste of my time as i had to wait longer bc of COVID 19. the manager at Best Buy was very nice and provided a generic for the time being.
