The Best Headphones out there.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this pair of headphones in a pinch- my studio3's broke on my way to music class and these were the only affordable ones that were available; so if you need a good pair of headphones that provide good sound and reliable battery these are a decent option. However, they're not comfortable- very snug around the ears, especially if you wear jewelry. And they came with black smudges all over the ear cushions and band and sides of the headphones which was pretty disappointing. I would have returned them had I realized I could exchange them sooner.
