The quality is good, but its too tight on the ear.

hurts the ears after 20 minutes; not comfortable at all

Even though I have small ears, this earphones are actually smaller….try it out before you commit to it

These stopped working on the right side it’s not worth the money they’re too sensitive

This is product is completely terrible; it worked for 4 weeks and stopped turning on. Best Buy work replace it. Now I’m reaching out to manufacturer. Stay away !

Do not buy. I bought it for my husband and it arrived mid February. We are now entering April and they are already faulty. One side is going in and out with sound, and the microphone is horrible.

I do like how they feel. I dont like how they are not what i expected sound wise

I was expecting excellent sound quality for the price. I would not by Beats again. Stay with Sony. Beats sound like a normal head set and it is supposed to be Studio 3 quality.

Decent product but there’s many more that are way better for this price.

The sound quality is great and the battery lasts ages, BUT THEY ARE SO UNCOMFORTABLE!! My ears start to hurt after just like 15 minutes of wear and I don't even have a large head. If you wear glasses, have piercings or wear earrings I would not recommend these headphones at all. I am gonna go return mine as soon as I can.

So irritated as I bought these for my sons birthday and he didn’t like them but I wasn’t aware of only having 15 days to return an item. I guess bugging ahead of time for a birthday is not something I will do at best but ever adding.

Device stopped working after 6 months. Wish I could return it but wasn’t able to.

This is my second pair of beats that have stopped working on one side. Im not buying anymore because its a waste of money i got maybe 3/4 months of use out if them and the same things happened to my first pair of bests solo 3

Do not sound very good i will exchange them. Might get another color

The sound leakage is so bad it is more like a speaker than headphones. the volume is not even at 50% and I can hear every word of the song playing when I take them off. Also falls off head really easily. Not worth the money at all

Bought these on Feb 3rd. Today is February 29th and they are not working properly. Best Buy has a 15 day policy and then you’re out of luck. Don’t waste your money on these or at Best Buy

Very nice color structure etc But the volume is not loud

I just purchased these (5th) replacement & they aren’t turning on. I’m sadden and quite disappointed as there’s no 30 day “return” yet I bought them Sep 29th & today is Oct 19th. I was robbed & there’s nothing no one can do

They couldn't connect to Bluetooth unless I was physically within 2 feet from my computer. The sound was average even then. A bit on the tin-can side. If I even sat back in my chair, the connection was broken. I bought a Bluetooth extender and that made no difference. In addition, they were tight and pinched my head. Uncomfortable to wear.
