Sound quality is not as good. Comfort while wearing is decent. One of the speakers stopped working after use in less than a year. Also if you use this for the gym they tent to retain the sweat and makes them stink

Pitiful, that no one called or texted me that my headphones I ordered were unavailable. I requested a credit to my card. Still waiting!!!

Was informed by the gift recipient that the box was empty. The return period is over. I wish the gift would have been opened sooner. Now I am out over $100.00. How can Best Buy sell me an empty box?

It was great for the first year, now it doesn't stay charge very poor less than half hour and it goes off even if you charger for long-time or for a short time, and at the beginnings were so great and I have and Android phone.

I bought this item on March 8. Box was not open until March 22, less than a week one right-side does not work. I called Best buy to get assistance . they said it only has 15 days for warranty.What?...... never again buying from Best Buy

the battery is broken i barely had it for about a year now and now i need a replacement not very mindful not very demure

They are not loud enough our older ones worked louder

This headphones looks like a perfect thing but when you use them for only two months one side stop to work, I bought this item twice, in Amazon and here but the results were the same, it is a frustrating when you think you bought the best and result to be the worse, I really don’t recommend this item, be careful.

Horrible. They constantly lose the Bluetooth connection. And, I expanded the band to fit over my knit cap and now they won’t retract. Waste of $150. And, they re not returnable any longer. Best Buy’s return policy should be longer. I’m so disappointed I could cry.

Best Buy very unprofessional and poor customer service and support my item was stolen and they did not do anything to resolve the matter they don’t reach to you about nothing

No noise cancellation and hurts the ears. Too basic for the price.

This not even the head phones I wanted. Didn't realize it till I really look at the. Customer service basically gave me the wrong product but hey burger kings the only place you truly get things your way...

Extremely horrible I had to track down the the delivery driver just to find out my package was at cvs I wouldn’t have know if I didn’t find the driver

Poor quality. Lasted 8 days. Then Best Buy even with insurance couldn’t replace the item due to out of stock. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend

I purchased my headphones on October 4, 2023. It is November 14, 2023 and I cant hear anything from the right ear :(
