These are definitely noise cancelling for sure. I was surprised that I couldn't hear my dad calling my name when he was right next to me when I was gaming. It looks really sleek and honestly doesn't hurt my ears no matter how long I've worn it, but then again I have pretty small ears. The sound quality is really nice too as expected from Beats. It charges reallllly fast lasts long.

Upgraded from "On the Ear" headphone to the "Around the Ear" Beats by Dr. Dre - Beats Studio3 Wireless Headphones in Matte Black. HUGE difference! I spend approximately 12 hours a day with these headphones on, and I can say, without a doubt- there is a huge improvement in the Noise Cancellation feature, an increase in the clarity of the sound, and overall greater comfort. I was very much impressed with the automatic noise cancellation feature. It really does work much better than I've experienced in the past. I also find the greater comfort allows me to wear the headphones for a much greater period of time than ever before- allowing me to stay in the zone longer, and accomplish more. As far as enjoying music- the wireless feature is fantastic. High highs, low lows- its all clear. I can listen to classical, to Rock, to Hip Hop and it all sounds fantastic. Phone calls? I don't find myself talking too much on the phone while wearing the headphones- but they do pick up everything AND they send out a clear sound, even when whispering, and I also hear the other person clearly as well through the headphones. What more can one ask for. Overall, I give the Beats by Dr. Dre - Beats Studio3 Wireless Headphones a 5 star rating. They surpassed my expectations in both my professional and personal pursuits! Purchased this for my granddaughter, she lives with us wears all the time, after trying them out, I can understand why, great sound and very comfortable

These were a Christmas gift for my daughter and she loves them. They are loud and very comfortable! They are a little pricey, but they are worth the price.

These headphones are underrated. A lot of online sources downplay the quality of these headphones, especially if you appreciate good base, and the apple compatibility makes them pretty convenient as far as connectivity especially across devices. These are solid headphones for the average multiple use user especially considering they are about $150 less than most relevant competitors. The noise cancellation honestly isn’t the best on the market but it does block out sometimes all to at least most significant sound.

Bought open box and on sale. Terrific noise cancelling, confortable ear cushions, easy to connect, great sound. Glad I bought them.

They are a great product. Very clear sounds with top notch noise canceling earphones

The sound is great, but they break where they fold. They are still useable, its just inconvenient to have to fix them during a workout. The battery life on these is amazing. If Im just using them to workout for an hour a day they last me a couple weeks.

These headphones are great. Fits good around my ears and the noise cancellation is great. The only complain I have is, that it can’t be use with the auxiliary cable if the battery is dead. Unlike the beats solo3 that can be used even if it has no power.
