There seems to be a quiet hissing sound in the background when using these. Is this a defect or do other people experience the same thing? Any suggestions on how to eliminate or reduce the hissing sound?
Answered by AlexTheGOATthat hissing noise is part of the noise cancellation, you can double click the power button that would switch from noise cancellation to no hissing
