Not only was the wrong item sent, it was also the wrong color. Buyers should be cautious with marketplace purchases because the store will not assist with returns. I mailed the item back the morning after receiving it on January 24 and have confirmation it was delivered. I am still waiting on my refund and have not received a single response to my emails. This has been very disappointing.

I bought these as an upgrade from my previous Beats by Dre Studio 2 and fell in love with the color, quality, and comfortability. I bought the black and red headphones and surprisingly it’s quite fashionable to my looks—it’s matches my personality. The quality is plastic and the noise canceling isn’t the best but it gets the job done. As for comfortability it’s pretty light that it doesn’t leave any burning sensation or marks on your head. Great sound but very heavy and don’t always connect to the phone right away especially if you are taking a phone call.

The sound is great, I like it better than my JBL bluetooth headphones. It comes in a great travel case to keep them safe. The downside is the noise cancelling doesn't work that well. I will be listening to lectures for school while my husband is watching TV in the room at a low volume and still have a hard time tuning him out. Also, that the controls on the side are hard to operate while wearing them.

They’re a decent pair of headphones but they’re not entirely noise canceling but they fit nice and sound pretty good.
