I cant really tell a difference from the previous version other than the battery life is more than doubled. The power button is a lot harder to find and press...Not sure if my pair just has a defect but i struggle to turn them on and off every time.

Good headphones and noise cancellation but not the best compared to other ones on the market. They work very well with apple products which is why I chose them.

The noise cancellation is great in these headphones. I use them a lot while mowing grass and it drowns out the sound of my mower. Great sound quality.

I tossed around the idea of these and the Bose Quiet Comforts, and glad I went with this decision on Black Friday. My only complaint is that my ear doesn't reside perfectly in the ear cup but with minor adjusting after putting on they adjust well.
