Fragile- snapped in half in 9 months

He loves them. Unfortunately, 9 months into owning them, he went to put them on and they snapped in half. Somehow, this is not considered part of their warranty. Best Buy can’t/won’t help and now we starting over having thrown money away on this product that Apple obviously makes too cheaply and refuses to stand behind.

Good headphones but may be overpriced!

Also, the case is too bulky, would have loved to have a slimmer case.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars is they did not block out as much background noise as there predecessor. But overall an excellent choice.

Decent headphones

Only had for two weeks and i think something is wrong with one of the speakers, when I have the volume all the way up one of the speakers pop.
