Very handy with easy operation, amazing technology
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The tool itself with "robotic" tweezer function is truly amazing! You do need to be careful, of course.. follow the instructions. Camera clarity is great, charging and storage design are a nice feature to keep parts clean and organized. Has absolutely saved me trips to the doctor, especially during pandemic concerns which is huge & basically paid for itself after the first saved office visit. It is comfortable and small enough to get the job done, silicone tips prevent scratching or abrasion. Takes a little practice as motions are reversed according to what you see. Removed 1 star for 2 relatively minor reasons, 1. (as mentioned in other comments) when pairing, phone needs to be in Airplane Mode, only connecting to the device itself or app doesn't connect (keeps asking to connect-loop). 2. Every so often connection drops and you have to go to the app and tap the device connect again to resume. That stated, it holds charge for a long time, does not get noticeably too warm and has plenty of light (adjustable) to see very clearly. The micro-tweezer function is remarkable and has just the right strength to do what is expected.

Got a replacement and the replacement kept getting kicked out of wifi and screen was black. Tried every fix from searches and just gave up and returned it.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Extracted loads of wax from my Boyfriends ear. He was complaining that he was having trouble hearing sometimes so i bought the bebird for christmas, and it has worked wonders for us.
