I was excited to use this device but the software will not connect to my iPhone. I tried their official YouTube channel and the link they include as well but no dice. This device is not ready for prime time. I’d find another ear cleaning solution. It will be returned tomorrow.

Low quality products

The unit itself was super fragile and the top broke off the 2nd day after I bought it, which wouldn’t have been so bad but it ripped the data ribbon off it and ruined the device. Don’t buy this,
