This router is great if you want to maximize your connection and get great, consistent speed. When setting up the router it will ask you to test the speed of the connection so that it can calibrate and maximize the speed of the connection. I have to say that it does this very well. The only downside was the setup. It was a little tricky because the written instructions provide you with a different set of passwords than when you are actually connected to it with the computer, which asks for something different. This is easy to overcome but is a little frustrating at first. Well worth it in the end though.

This router is great for a household that has lots of different things hooked up to it and makes things run easier

This router was very easy to setup. We use the internet for basic home entertainment (ie surfing web, netflix, apple tv, use on tablets and xbox 360). So far so good.

This product works great with Time Warner Cable and our modem. Have wi fi in the entire house.

This item worked great for about a year and then performance started to slip. My internet connection started to drop off at an ever increasing rate. Finally the 5 ghz side of the device just gave up.

This is a great router...definitely a bigger improvement that from what i originally owned. I can totally agree that this device delivers performance when you need it, especially when it comes down to hugh uploads and downloads of media or video content. Definitely a great buy.... and a great device put out by Belkin.

This Belkin AC 750 router has been the best upgrade to my in-home wifi and has allowed us to enjoy no more slow downs or wifi drops since we installed it. The dual bands and significant speed increases are a joy to anyone who has suffered any wifi related issues with low grade routers.

I moved into my first apartment (first floor duplex) and I used this to get started with my wifi and it is terrific. The house is very old so the internet provider said there might be trouble getting it through the walls, but it works great. Extremely fast on my iphone, laptop, and netflix!

Love this router - BIG step up from my previous one. However, still seems to have issues pushing a signal through the walls occasionally. Overall recommended though.

My parents needed a new router. The employee at Best Buy suggested this model for them based on my description of their internet use. It was very easy to set up and now I don't get the phone calls complaining about their internet connection anymore!

I use this as an access point for my audio mixer, Behringer X32. It works really well. No latency at all!

(1) The Belkin AC750 router was recommended to me by a Best Buy associate. It appears to be an excellent choice for home use; but I have had it now for only two weeks, and how long it might last is still to be determined. (2) Installation was difficult, and the level of difficulty I encountered is the reason why I give the device only three stars out of five. (3) Installation documentation accompanying the device is, for a beginner, inadequate and cryptic. Internet documentation does exist, but is of no use during installation because I am trying to install the means to gain access to the Internet. Telephone communication is available to Belkin Support. The Belkin gentleman to whom I finally talked was courteous and seemed knowledgeable and well spoken. Unfortunately, although his English was excellent, his accent was so strong that I had great difficulty understanding him. (He also exhibited great patience talking with me, which I appreciate.) (4) Internet documentation can be found in several places. The primary source for the AC750 appears to be http://192.168.2.1. I discovered this substantially by accident. None of the documentation seems to be complete; but I am still reading it. (5) There exist three issues that I have not yet resolved: (a) The (on-line) documentation refers to a "CD" which will help me install the device and subsequently register it with Belkin. No such CD exists in my package. (b) The router comes with two network names, "belkin.044" and "belkin.044.guest", and a fixed password for belkin.044. I cannot determine if I can change these names and especially the password, since the password is stated in clear text at 192.168.2.1. (c) The AC750 has a USB connection. I would like to use it to connect directly to my printer, but this does not seem to work. I do not know how the USB Connection is to be used.

I would recommend this product to someone needing a Router/Modem with better overall capabilities and relative inexpensive price. Overall a solid router/modem.

Easy installation, has not lost signal since i've installed it.

works ok in small cape , basement and 2nd floor, installed on first floor towards one end of house, diminished signal on opposite end 2nd floor, but still works.

I am not a tech guy at all, I just plug it in & got it working in 2 min. I was also able to change the name of it & password in about 4-5 min so it was easy to recognize among all the others in my office! It works very fast even with all the other stuff pulling off my signal.

The belkin 12a router does a great job, was easy to install and get all my devices connected to it.

This is a basic AC band wifi router and works great for its price. No need for one of those crazy expensive "gamer/streaming/extended coverage" routers. The only downside is the firmware lacks more advanced controls for networking parameters like port forwarding or data packet priority management options. Those usually help to balance out the network traffic based on manual settings. Hopefully there will be firmware updates in the future that will provide more options and control of the network for advanced users.

I have a small house but quite a few devices and aside from my actual internet service provider being atrocious, this router is fantastic!
