I had a linksys router for over 4 years that performed better than this router. This router with newer technology was supposed to be better, allow quicker speeds, and a broader range. I have tried many different strings and channels. The range barely goes 2 rooms over from where it is. Very displeased with it honestly and I wished I had bought a Linksys router.

Great price for an AC wireless router!

The Belkin was the best-priced router available at the time and Belkin has a good reputation. Router set up was easy and the wireless worked fine! There are probably faster wireless routers but for the price, this one does the job!

However, you can set a fixed wireless channel for your network to improve its wireless connection.
