However, the range didn't change, the signal strength was the same as the old router. It was extremely easy to setup though.

Are those wireless devices support only 2.4 GHz bandwidth? It might be a limitation for the wireless standard of your devices. If there are some that can support both bands but they are not detecting the other band, let us know so we can help you isolate it.

Overall I've been happy with it and this would probably be perfect for an apartment or two story house that is more compact, but the range does fade since so we will probably look at a WiFi range extender.
