The best thing about this router was how easy it was to set up. Although it doesn't have any noticeable range than our previous and outdated router, it offers all the new technology as well as an available "guest" network and additional features for better streaming of movies/video. Pros: Easy to set up. New technology. Separate "guest network". Cons: Disappointing Range. Value. Overall this is a decent router with multiple ethernet outputs although there are routers that include a modem with the same features for just a bit more money. If you need both a modem and router opt for the models that have both and save some money. If you're just looking for a router this one should have everything you need.

Good cost benefit ratio. Easy installation and interface with my Dell and HP, as well as with three Apple products and two guest mobiles. The two separate channels are great to partition com traffic.

I bought this router because 6 devices need access to the internet at home and the speed was not fast. This router works well for my purpose: the internet is faster and more steady now.

I purchased this router because my ancient Belkin router was clearly on its way out. I have to say that I haven't experienced better reception at different locations in my apartment on the lower frequency band, which is why this didn't get 5 stars. The higher frequency band seems very effective, probably because there are fewer people around me using it. This router can prioritize data streams, which is useful for work (remote desktop, soft phone) or play (Netflix, yayyy). The only hiccup is that sometimes it seems to take the router a little while to "figure out" which tasks are most important, but overall I would recommend this to a friend.

I needed to purchase a router for my 67 year old mother as she was having cable installed in her new home. I have a Linksys router at my home so I was all set to purchase a Linksys product at Best Buy. In the end I decided to purchase this Belkin router. I did not set it up as the cable company did the setup a few weeks ago. So far we have had no problems with this router. I was able to set up her Canon wireless printer without any issues. The only thing that took me a few extra minutes was figuring out where the WPS button was so the printer and router could find each other. All I can say is look for the blue light and that is where the WPS button is located. So far so good. The combination of our fast service from the cable company, a good laptop, a good printer and this router have made her network amazing. Now I have the task of teaching my Mom how to use the cable remotes, laptop and printer. I have my work cut out for me!

Fast and easy steps to install doesn't skid runs great

Went in looking for a new router, hadn't purchased one in probably 4 years, and was just going to grab the cheapest one cause we all know that's the best way to shop... Fortunatly one of the customer service reps in Salem, OR intercepted me and squared me away on the most recent advances in router tech and helped me balance price with performance needs. Love the router, has multiple networks so I can give guests separate sign on info to keep my home network secure and the range is solid. Only had a couple times where the router would cut out but it seemed to fix itself on its own, never had to go do a hard reset or anything.

We are using charter spectrum for faster speed internet. The store associate recommended this router based on our internet service. It turned out to be rather easy to set it up and works very well with the modem that comes from Charter. The wifi coverage in our house are pretty good (1800sft house) We are happy with it.
