I would return however the lifespan on this is only about 1 to 2 years, so I will wait and when needed replace with something other than Belkin product.

With that said, keeping the router connected to the internet was next to impossible. My intent was to use the router as an access point but the signal would drop within minutes of switching the router on, and setting up the router as an access point would cause the router to freeze up. Maybe I just had a faulty router, but my old Netgear router worked fine when this one failed. My advice: Keep your receipt.

Sad that our old router was not that old but the updates that they do can't keep up with each other so we'll see how long this one will last. Best Buy employee was helpful and friendly:)
