Router is very easy to setup, already comes setup with it's own unique passwords for both networks. I purchased this for my mom and she didn't need my assistance. It's a good simple router for anyone who is not too tech savvy.

We had gotten new tablets for the kids for christmas and were moving into a new place. Getting wi-fi set up so everyone could use the internet was very quick and easy. It took longer to drive to best buy and purchase it than to install it.

I have purchased this item for myself as well as for other family members, it is really a good router. Another family member had a Netgear unit brand-new, that did not work at all and they tried to charge her for setting up the unit as well as making her feel very uncomfortable trying to sell the Netgear upgrade service agreement. This company does not charge you nor do you really need to even call them if you follow the simple instructions.

Great price & works well for me. I needed to finish a table top & some small second hand furniture and this was priced low enough; I had to try it. Dust cover collects a lot of the dust. Easy to use & light.

Router has Network and Password preset and comes with a card to put under it that has these printed on it. When you install this thing it asks for a PIN...no where is a PIN mentioned. Turns out the PIN is on a decal at the base of the router that you cover up when you put the card where they tell you to!!!! Other than that, it installed easily and works great.
