I wanted an inexpensive dual-band wireless router, but I guess you get what you pay for, On my first attempt to set up the router using my laptop, the easy configuration wizard came up, but no buttons would respond to clicks. Something was happening behind the scenes, though, because suddenly the top light turned blue, indicating a connection to the internet. When I closed the browser page and tried again, I could not get the configuration page to come up at all. It wouldn't work with either IE or Chrome. Both gave me "connection reset" messages. Called Tech Support. She suggested trying my tablet. The config page came up on my Android tablet, and then, with no changes on my part at all, it came up on my laptop. I made some preliminary configuration changes, including changing the base IP range. I never leave the default IP range in place. After that, I am again not able to get to the configuration page on EITHER my laptop OR my tablet. I confirmed that the IP subnets are correct on both devices. I can connect to the router's SSID and get to the Internet, but I can't access the router config. I don't have time for this - it's going back. AVOID THIS ONE.

It was very easy to install .... and I'm not what you'd call a 'techie'. The Best Buy rep who helped us choose it was very helpful as well.

So far it has better coverage than Comcast's wireless router and a few others I've tried in the same space. Connects quick with all my equipment.
