Pretty weak device. Could not translate sugnal in one bedroom apartment. 3 different addresses (belkin regular, belkin media and belkin guest) confuse other devices in the apartment.

This router was difficult to setup and I had to contact Belkin support to get it working. I have to reset this router every other day to get it to work. I would buy a different router.

Disappointment. Our net gear router died, so we bought the Belkin from Best Buy this time on the recommendation of the floor associate. I'm not blaming him at all. We'll have to do our research next time. The performance is slow and most notable when I'm working in the basement. The customer service with Belkin is nonexistent.

I bought it, it worked for a little over 2 weeks and then stopped. I tried to reset it a few times. Eventually I contacted Belkin. After a couple of hours they said they couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work. Basically I was out $70. I went to a competitor and bought a Linksy's which has been real nice. I won't buy a Belkin again and because of this I may not buy my next laptop through Best Buy. I feel like I am owed $70.

The setup was easy, but I wanted 150 Mbps and I couldn't get but 40 Mbps. Returned for another router and am now getting the 150 Mbps.

Can't get wi-fi

Was told by sales rep that this would provide good wi-fi reach for my 1700-square-foot house. Didn't need anything fancy, not a gamer. Set it up in the middle of house, up high to create an umbrella effect. Still couldn't get reliable wi-fi on my phone. Service guy (not a Best Buy employee) told me that it was basically subpar. ☹️

We used this router for a week with continuous connection problems. It was constantly dropping connections to our devices(laptop, phone and tablet.). I returned it and bought a different product. Kudos to Best Buy for a no hassle return!

I bought this to replace an existing wifi router and couldn't figure out why certain devices weren't seeing the SSID broadcast. Turns out that if the device was more than 20 feet away from router the signal was too weak. Complete waste of money and will never buy another Belkin router again.

I finally decided to get rid of DSL and buy the triple threat Time Warner Cable package. The internet was only $10 extra, while my DSL was costing $60 from Verizon.
I'm serious about my internet needs and did a ton of research on a new router. The key elements for me were price, performance and easy installation.
And even after my research, I was prepared to be unhappy with my purchase decision had it failed across any of these 3 criteria.
Results: Fantastic speed, literally 4.5Xs faster than my old DSL router/service. Check.
Price was actually more than I wanted to pay but the package had a very helpful comparison chart on the back...and so the benefits to the dual band and 4-USB ports etc..while not their most expensive, seemed to be what I needed. Check.
The set-up was automatic and couldn't have been easier. One con is, to change the Network Name and the password it came with seemed like too much of a bother, so I used theirs. In the scheme of things, that's OK...the whole family has switched-over to this network and all is golden.
Definitely worth your consideration.

Worse router ever bought. Choose something else.
It constantly dropped signal and needed rebooting. When working a 60megabit connection only ran at 10 megabit when returned I bought a asus router and it worked perfectly constant 60 megabit
