    Awesome Device but horrible customer service

    This is an awesome device but after using for almost a year, it stopped working properly. I have exchanged emails with the customer service and they have suggested things I have already done to make it work properly. Another email to the customer support and they finally realized that there is something wrong with the hardware. They provided a link to RMA. I was delighted it will finally be replaced but to my dismay, I have to pay for the shipping to return their DEFECTIVE product. What a horrible customer service!
