Third call, the tech claimed product too new and this was first such problem reported. I solved problem on my own but first camera quit working on first day of trip. Second sent tons of email then quit too. We are unhappy.

They don't flow like a movie, they skip moments.. so one minute your dog is on the sofa, the next minute he disappeared. A thief could sneak inside and be out of camera range and you might get a pic of the back of his head. haha. Seriously. I returned them all.
