Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this last year for iPhone X with no problems. I just received my iPhone XS Max and it won’t hold a charge. It keeps dropping the charge every 3 seconds. Not happy!

We truly understand where you're coming from. By design, the Belkin’s PowerHouse Charge Dock (F8J200) is not compatible with and will not properly charge the new iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR. For now, these are the following devices that are compatible with the dock: all Apple Watch models, iPhone 5/5s, iPhone 6/6s, iPhone 6 Plus/6s Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone SE, and iPhone X only.

Initially great, now stopped working

After about a month and a half of us the iphone charging part of the unit has stopped working. First it worked intermittently and now it does not work at all. The apple watch component still works. I am quite disappointed and hope to get return the unit and get my money refunded.
