I've always been a fan of charging docks for phones. It's just a nice and clean place to put your phone at night. On my night stand I had two TwelveSouth Hi-Rise docks and a separate stand for my Apple Watch. As you can imagine, that clutters up your nightstand. Also, each of these solutions required the usage of the charging cables that came with each device. But I chose these because they had these risers that allowed me to dock my iPhone in most cases that I had without issue. So when Belkin came out with the Valet, I was excited. It was nice looking and offered a variable height adjustment on the lighting charger to accommodate most iPhone cases. But the backrest for the watch and the phone looked flimsy to me and I was concerned about its durability. I was excited when the Powerhouse came out because the phone backing was much more significant and appears to much more durable. It also was $30 cheaper and I honestly didn't care that it was plastic versus the aluminum of the Valet. The dock is solid and has a nice heft to it. It seems pretty durable in the month that I've had it. It has a small footprint and doesn't take up a lot of space on my nightstand. The variable adjustment dial on the lightning port is easy to use and accommodates my Spigen Ultra Hybrid S with Kickstand case for my iPhone 7 Plus. The lightning port also pivots back and forth to accommodate different case thicknesses. The watch charging puck is integrated and is magnetic, holding my Apple Watch in place. And the best part is none of these charging ports required the use of any additional cables. Also, I like that there is one charging cable that plugs into the dock. However, the charging block is a decent size, so if you use it with a surge protector, it could block other AC outlets. Now to the part I don't like. Even though the dock is a decent weight, when you try to take your phone off of the dock, you will still have to hold the dock down with your other hand as the lightning port has a pretty good grip on your phone. So when lifting the phone off, it will carry the port with it. Not a complete deal breaker, but when trying to get your phone in the middle of the night, it's not going to easy. Also, the magnet is strong for Apple Watch, but your watch may slip off when you try to take your phone off with just one hand. Outside of the minor challenge of getting your phone of the dock, I am still very happy with it. It's a clean and compact charging solution that allows you to keep your cables with you on the go. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a combined iPhone/Apple Watch charging solution.

I really like this charging dock station! It's all in one, doesn't take up too much space, and within 60 seconds I'm charging both my phone and my watch.

This product is perfect for charging both your iPhone and Apple Watch at the same time. I use this device each day and night time. Wake up each morning with a fully charged phone and launch. The Device itself is heavy enough to stay in place on your desk and not get flown around. I would recommend this product to someone looking for a combination charger for their iPhones and watch. My only negative is the price. It should be half the price

I needed to get a simple charging solution for my wife so she could charge the phone and watch next to each other instead of Apple-supplied cables that kept on getting lost. This Belkin Charge Dock isn't cheap, but the quality is amazing. It feels very solid and dependable and it does its job likewise. I'm not afraid that it can damage the expensive equipment. Everything fits like a glove. I think this accessory is an investment.

It’s not very easy hooking the phone up , because it’s just a wire through a hole, takes two hands if you have a case , but it’s great to just hang my watch !!!

My previous iPhone stand would tip over if I touched it slightly too hard. Needless to say, I was tired of knocking it over at 2am when trying to access my phone...and waking up others who were sleeping. This iPhone charger is a much more stable stand. And my Watch is right next to it, not taking up more space on my nightstand. Where my Watch once used to charg, I now have space for other items such as my glasses or books. Definitely recommend this stand.

Great organizer! Stores both devices easily. My Apple Watch used to slide off of my night stand all the time. This is a great way to safely store bothe devices.

It's a quick charger and easy to used. It better than dealing with the hassle of cord.

I love my Apple Watch. This charger is very good in that it takes up less space than some of its competitors, it looks good on my night table, and it gets rid of multiple cables that I had to tape to the back of the night table. I do travel some, and I was particularly happy with the fact that I did not have to unwire some other, lower priced, charging stands to free up cables for each trip. Not cheap.

Trust me when I say this - I've used or evaluated ALL docks for the iPhone and the Apple Watch. All the others are weak. The Belkin Powerhouse is the ONLY dock you should spend your hard earned money on. HIgh quality build, NO manual wiring of power cords and perfect weight so you know your devices are secure. They're in low supply at my local Best Buy stores, but don't fret - buy it anyway!!

Works well with the phone and the Apple Watch. Very convenient to have and not have cords running all over the nightstand or wherever you may put it. Have had another one for a couple years and have had no issues with it at all. I don't use it for travel as it might be a little bulky for that so I just grab the regular Apple chargers for traveling. Great design and would buy again.

I don’t know if this is viable or not. My wife/ex-wife bought if for herself and her Apple Watch Gen2. I wear a Garmin Fenix 3HR; your guess is as good as mine if this thing is worth a s___. I know MY watch is outstanding, and doesn’t rely on my phone to function on its own. And also that I returned my second gen Apple Watch in less than a week to go back to my old outdated Fenix 2 until I got my 3HR in hand. BUT, she hasn’t returned it yet, so I guess that’s a win?? Sure, buy it. It charges her iPhone X and second gen watch, so it must work. I dunno, I just paid for it.

The stand is sturdy and well made and it solved the problem of my wife always loosing or having to steal the charging cables from me or my daughters. The only gripe is that it can be a bit of a pain to dock a phone with a case on it. We all have Otterbox Symmetry cases so you don't have a clear view of the Lightning port when you try to dock the phone. It's definitely not the end of the world but, it can be a little frustrating sometimes. Obviously that's not Belkins fault or a design flaw.

I love this charger! Very convenient to use and holds the watch and phone perfectly.
