I was able to get the speaker connected and playing music right away. Using the app, I connected to WiFi and Alexa with ease. I really like the ability to wirelessly charge my iPhone and to use this speaker to access Amazon Alexa. My only gripe is the in lauded instructions would be difficult for someone who is not tech savvy. Overall, the design and workmanship is very good. Sound quality is good but a little too much bass with no ability to adjust.

Download the app and off I went. Love it love it love it. So easy to use. Find myself asking Alexa questions rather than googling on my iPhone. Thanks for the free sample!

I am not tech savy one bit and it took one second to figure this out. I have it on my kitchen counter and I love it. It is heavy, but not bulky at all. It's quite awesome! I would recommend SoundForm to young kids all the way up to seniors and people in between. You will not be disappointed.

Charges well but didn't connect with the phone.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We do not like Alexa, so we turned that off, and after that we could not get the speaker to recognize the phone. Went to the website, which had the same instructions and we tried it three times. If we turned on Alexa, it might have worked. We have an I-Phone 11. It does a great job for charging, but it seems as if you need to use Alexa in order for the Speaker to work right. It is also very bulky.

The Belkin G1S0002 should pair to any handheld devices that support up to Bluetooth 5.0. Make sure that you're connected to the Wi-Fi network that the speaker is on. Otherwise, you will not be able to use the Belkin SOUNDFORM app to control the speaker, or not be able to stream AirPlay audio to your speaker. You can also try using another type of handheld device to see if the same thing happens. Doesnt work with Google!

However I use google home assistant and this model only works with Alexa. Dissappointing. It took me several hours of online reseach, chats, and live calls to determine this based on my model and serial number.

Skeptical about security

I received it free to review, but did not like that I needed to download an app, link it to my google account, let app access location and wifi without additional security information.
