Bought new, received a used non working product.

The package stated it was from a “Return Center” when I tried to use it it did not work and had been obvously opened before. Now I don’t know if ill even be refunded for the point credits I used. Pathetic from Best Buy this is the 2nd time in a row ive received items in terrible condition or non working condition.

Works, but outlets are too close.

Surge protector did not work (at all!)

Unbeknownst to me, when I returned it, I also lost my $10 BestBuy award when it was returned. Bummer! I wish they had told me when I returned it. So I went to a different store and bought a surge protector there.
