Did not product that was ordered

Since I did not get thr product I ordered but rather received different model it would be hard to review something not received. HOWEVER another brand name store did ship me this correct item and I use it everyday. It is a little cumbersome with product set up for the cables, but I like the angled plug for the wall socket. The photo show what was sent by Best Buy.

Limited Mounting options.

The mounting holes on the back are oriented so that when the device hangs, the cable is pointing downward. This makes the logos and labeling upside down, and makes it look like you mounted it upside down. There are no other mounting holes to mount in a different orientation without physically modifying the device. This would limit the use of the cable management, unless you want them oriented going vertically up the wall. Would have been great if it had more mounting options. Seems like a silly oversight.

Looks and kinda feels cheap..

Even though yes, it's close to 4,000 joules of protection and up to the $300,000 insurance. It looks cheaply made and feels cheaply made. The only thing that I do like is how spaced out the plugs are on it. If you're trying to buy this for your gaming PC or console, might as well just get a UPS. Not a surge protector.

Sleek and Does the Job

Very practical surge protector

This one was well priced offering good protection for the workstation. This was the only way for my Mac mini to turn on as the company recently created a patch for the computer to boot up instead of the power button which became a problem so the surge solved it without having to rely on one surge for everything. For those with PCs or workstation, I recommend this to keep the grid separate.

I now have three of them - two in my home office space and one I put at my mom's home office. The 12 outlets are spaced apart and in different directions, so lots of stuff fits - even the plugs with adapter boxes still leave room for the 'normal' plug items. It has been a few years since I got my first one and there has never been any issue at all.
