Luckily I used my points to redeem these bad boys. I work for another retailer and we received our brand weeks after purchasing these. And ours cost less than half. And are just as easy to use.

I use this plug for a lamp in my living room. It's nice to be able to turn the light on from my phone if it's turned off when I get home. My favorite thing- I can set it to come on at sunset so I no longer have to reset the timer to different times in the winter and summer like I did on my old one.

Great for when you go on vacation. I turn my lights on and off periodically remotely when I'm 2000 miles away to deter people from breaking into my home. At least it makes me feel better.

I have another one. Need an extra because it works great for your on/off lights, scheduling is a good feature. Setting up this second unit was difficult though, don't know why but had to delete 1st unit and install all again a couple of times.

I had trouble at first because of lack of instructions for use and fairly confusing settings that make it easy to leave unintended features turned on but once I figured it all out the WeMo works as advertised and is a very useful item.

I researched this product online and bought it. We on works great puts my Christmas lights on and off when home without having to flip switch. Also when not home it also works great with the same switch that works the switch with an away mode. I am very pleased with this product

The Wemo switch is a great product. Works as expected. Had installation problem and the troubleshooting guide was of no help . Took web research to figure it out. Instructions on use and troubleshooting documents could be better.

I love these products. They work really well. I am accessing them through iPhone. Easy set up, easy install, easy implementation. I access all of them through an Amazon echo. Which allows me to voice activation of all my devices that I have connected to All my wemo's

Great product! The app works great and it's easy to add other devices to it. It automatically added my belkin camera and I can control both the lamp switch and the camera with one app. Really cool to be able to turn a light on in the house before I get home and it's dark.

I got this programmed to turn on and off when I'm not home (i.e. @ work or on vacation) saving me money. ..it's great this can be programmed to turn on @ sunrise or scheduled times. The setup is a bit annoying and occasionally requires pulling up the manual to reference the single led diode. ...wish there was a few more indicating status. Also I have multiple homes and trying to use/setup multiple wemo's is maddening. But I still love it's capabilities and how it saves me money. ...highly recommend despite it's flaws.

I am using two of these units to turn on two separate space heaters before we get to the house. They work great and are very stable. My only complaint is that since we have the space heaters in two separate houses, you have to use two different smart phones to control them. The software will not allow you to control devices at more than one location with the one phone. So to make it work, one switch is controlled from my phone and the other from my wife's. Maybe no big thing but inconvenient.

if you're looking to switch something on and off remotely - such as a lamp - to give that added element of security when away from home, the Wemo is great. Timer rules can be set so it switches on at, or around, sunset (it recognises its location and therefore the daily sunset and sunrise times) and go off either at, or around, sunrise, or at a time of your choosing. It can also be switched on and off remotely via the phone app. Brilliant. One flaw, however, is that if you have to reset your modem for any reason, it appears to lose contact with it. The wemo continues to work independently, but can require a reset to re-sync it with the modem. Resetting, while theoretically simple, can prove a bit of a hassle and require several attempts. That said, it is a minor irritation in comparison to the huge benefits the Wemo switch can bring. I intend to buy more as and when required.

I bought two of these to work with my Amazon echo. They work great. It was easy to setup, it took me about 15 min to get them working with Amazon Alexa. NOTE: The wemo light bulbs do not work without a third party app. It's a little difficult to hook

I plugged in a lamp and using it as the most expensive timer but it works great, turns on every night at sundown and off at 1 am. I had it set to midnight to go off but that confused it and the lamp never when off. Once i changed it to 1 am works every time.

This outlet is great for controlling my lamp from my iPhone or my iPad as well as with my Amazon Echo. I also have it programmed to turn the lamp on at a specific time in the evening and off again at bedtime.

Honestly. Much better for controlling lights than the insight. I don't need live stats telling me my lamp used 6 cents of electric per month. I have 6 of these and will most likely have more

I picked this up to use with a bedroom lamp. Initially I was going to buy the wall switch version but decided to go this route due to ease of install and portability to another outlet. Setup was easy, thought I needed to close the app and reopen after setting the outlet to my wifi network. Not a big deal, but its indicative of the only flaw I have with it. If you open the app before the outlet is "online" (such as when the outlet is connected to a wall switch) you will need to close the app to get it to find your WeMo as at least for me refresh in the app has not worked. Aside from that works like a charm and does what I wanted it to do, turn my bedroom light on and off from the comfort of my bed.

I'm very pleased with this product. I can turn my light on from my smart phone anywhere. The only thing I can think to improve on this would to be have one that operates two lamps in different rooms.

The WeMo is easy to set up and use. It allows you to turn your light or appliance on and off, while away or at home. It is convenient to be able to turn a light on or off when a switch is in a difficult area to reach. I'm very please with this product.

Plugged it in and it found my network right away. Hooked a lamp into it so I can turn it on when we come home. Woks with my light switch I have also.
