My previous router (trendnet) died after 4 yeas of use.I bout this router because of good price but no one of my laptops or phone could connect to the router wireless. Also it work as a switch. I exchange it for more expensive Linksys router in Bestbuy and instal it in 5 min. without any problem. So save your time and do not buy Belkin router.

Very slow horrible download speeds i ended up exchanging to a net gear wireless model which works great and it is alot faster! Net gear is worth the extra fifteen bucks for sure

Bought it for sister in-law. It was easy to set-up, and works great. The best part is, my technology challenged sister in-law could figure out how to set it up.

Setup was easy. All of my devices connect without an issue. Has seamless operation. I can run all of my streaming devices at once no lag at all.

It might be the cheapest belkin wireless router and it can work. However, the speed will be compromised somehow from 30Mbps to 15Mbps using comcast.
