This is the worst product I have ever bought @ Best Buy ever!!..This Belkin-Reuter has dropped my IP address constantly, therefore, losing NET constantly!!!..I have had to reboot it and manually put in IP address @ least once a week since I bought it..Today I am taking it back to Best Buy, returning it, and upgrading to a better Reuter and more reputable product...If I were BEST BUY, I would discontinue this product, as it is a COMPLETE FAILURE!!!!..VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!ALSO, IT HAS BEEN 30 DAYS TODAY, SINCE I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT, I HOPE I DO NOT HAVE PROBLEMS REGARDING MY RETURN..I SIMPLY THOUGHT THE PRODUCT WOULD WORK CORRECTLY, BUT IT NEVER DID!!!..WILL RETURN IT TODAY...5/3/2013..

The last low price router I had lasted me 5 years, so I figured I would just buy the cheapest model sold and get another few years out of this router. I wasted a couple hours messing around trying to configure the router before calling tech support. Tech support confirmed it was the router itself that was bad and that a lot of these routers have hardware problems. She recommended I take it back and try another one. I said "no thanks" and exchanged it for a Cisco router that works flawlessly. Spend the extra $15 and stay away from this router.

cheap but awful. I didn't like it. I bought it but wish I hadn't. it is not good enough for me to want it but not bad enough for me to be upset. it was also cheap. cheap is good.

After reading raving reviews I decided to get this router. To find out I have to constantly reset in order to get it started almost every day. Big inconvenience. If I still had the box I would have returned it.

First off I have used plenty of Belkin products and have NEVER had any major issues. I bought this when it was on sale because I needed to replace my old router because it was damaged during a move. Since I have purchased it I have had nothing but major connection issues with it. The router connection will die randomly and require you to reset your connection and it seems to struggle with 4 devices connected to it. I can not recommend this product and would suggest you look elsewhere.

This router significantly reduced computer speed and freezes up frequently. I had to call tech support to get it installed because it wouldn't go all through the steps automatically.

I m not happy with this product, the reason, I keep setting up every tem minutes and now after only maybe 3 months IS NOT WORKING!!!!! SO I M TAKING IT TADY TO BEST BUY!!!!

requires rebooting too often --- tech support should be for the LIFE OF THE PRODUCT and not an opportunity to make more money off me

This device will lose connection every day. This started the first week I used this product.

Keeps disconnecting. Not sure what the issue is. Needs power cycle every couple of days.

It is affordable but slow internet speed. Better to spend more and get much more increased speed .

it took me eight hours of telephone calls to Apple, Verizon and Belkin to finally determine the router was going on an off all by itself. The customer service reps at Belkin disconnected me twice and did not call back as promised. This was a truly awful experience.

I got this when I got my new computer. Just to replace the old Belken I had. Thinking it would be good to have a new one. I couldn't watch Netflix, movies kept buffering and stopping altogether. Completely horrible. I re-installed the old one, it's 6 years old and works like a charm. Save your time and money and skip this one.

Not worth money. Would not recommend . Spend the money for something better.
