I'm a seasoned technology dude, and it's been years since I've been this frustrated with a piece of technology! I would say that I'm advanced router user; I make use of advanced settings like port forwarding and actually change a lot of settings. So, please don't confuse my review of this advice with operator error. I'm certain I did everything right. The biggest problem with this router is it would not acquire an IP address from the modem! In other words, most of the time you just plug your modem in, plug the router in, and WHAMO! The router talks to the modem and it works. This what my router would not do with ease. In every router I've used before, you could log in to the router management and force it to get the IP address. So, if it had trouble talking with the Modem, you could essentially say, "Router, try again" by clicking a button. This router does not do that. To have it try again, you have to unplug the router and plug it back in. But then it doesn't do what it is supposed to. I plugged it in and unplugged it so many times it was ridiculous! Finally, one time of doing the same thing over and over, it did what it was supposed to. Then it lost the IP again a couple days later and I went through the same nonsense again. My Linksys router that I used for the last few years died recently, which is why I bought new router. In all that time, I never had to mess with it. This Belkin router was the cheapest N router, so I gave it a shot. Now I can firmly say that I'm done with D-Link AND Belkin.

Bought router to replace g router . Mostly.used.for.gaming ,phones and laptop . Set up easy and have not had any trouble with it what so ever .

My son in law set it up for me and said it was like his and that he had not had any trouble with theirs, and they use their computer a lot more than I do. So I had to take his advice.

This is a great router, takes 2 minutes to set up and has a great range. Extremely happy with the price and the operation of this product

I was hesitant about setting up the router. But as it turns out, the only thing I had to do was enter the password (which was provided to me). The N150 is compatible with Windows 7 and the Kindle Fire HD. Tried to setup a "G" router, but it didn't work. Thanks for a great product at a good price.

O.K. range, O.K. features, good as a basic router; nothing spectacular. It has some problems connecting to Windows 8 (losing connections, etc).

it was easy to use even for us older group of people....

For the price you cannot beat this deal. I use it in an appartment and I get signal on my phone even outside 50 ft from the house.

Very easy to install and the coverage is great. I have had problems with routers in the past with the coverage and or signal no working. This product exceeded my expectations.

It gets the job done. Now, if only Time Warner Cable's internet service wasn't so terrible...

This router has increased my network 10x and it is being accessed through 2 floors.

Had no idea how to set-up. I was not used to using WiFi and the directions could have been simplier for those of us who are not computer wiz-kids. Got help from someone to get my new PC set up for work.

This wif-fi works 99% of the time. I have lost connection on it a couple of times but generally works really well.

Router works great. if you dont care about apps. I do.. so im returning the 150 and getting the 300. :-)
