The item works as expected out of the box. It has standard features that all modern day routers have, like DHCP control, remote access, port forwarding etc.

I was visiting my in-laws and they needed a basic wireless router. This was one of the cheapest in the local store and it shows. The range is OK but not great, bare bones no bells and whistles but that was not what we needed. I would recommend a better model to a friend.

Worked okay for about a month then it would constantly kick me off. primarly used if for xbox live and phone usage for wifi. I had to reboot it every day and when i was gaming, about every 30 min or it would kick me off. now it just shows a solid orange light and will do nothing. didnt have it 6 months .

Broke on the first day. It is cheap thou and rather easy to setup. If you need customer service good luck, they aren't much help. When I called all they did was have me go through the setup routine once more. Afterward, they said they were sorry but your product is broken. The customer service is from India, which I hate badly. They always go through a script which takes an hour or more, only to be no help at the end.

I should have known; you always get what you pay for, and I certainly did with this router. I thought, when I had to change out routers in August, I would not make a big investment. This router was highly rated, and I'm sure others have had success. I can only report I did not. I had difficulty setting it up. Then, once I set it up, it would randomly and unpredictably drop devices from the network. I finally concluded our family of four was hitting it too hard with too many devices, but I thought we could live with that inconvenience. Then, at just over five weeks, it failed, without any hope of revival. Repeated attempts to restart all failed. So, I'm back in the router market. This time, I won't purchase another of these routers, and, most likely, won't purchase another Belkin product.

This was my 1st router, Belkin was recommended to me by my computer guy. Very easy to set up, but otherwise nearly useless. Streaming is terrible, kept dropping connection. I purchased in July & it just died, Thinking of replacing with a Netgear. Won't buy a Belkin again. You get what you pay for. I'm just sorry that poor was the lowest rating I could give.

Great little router. Not the best but not intended to be the best. Does the job.

From the beginning, it either wouldn't connect to with the wireless network and/or the modem. An hour on the phone (over 3 calls) with Belkin, and the speed was so slow that it was impossible to watch netflix on the computer or stream video on my Apple TV. Too much hassle and not a pleasing end result. Don't waste your time.

I have regretted getting this router from day 1. It was a pain to get it to connect to my modem. It losses connection to my modem daily and I have to sit there resetting it 3 or 4 times before it will reconnect. I am ready to throw it in the trash and buy a new brand.

i bought this product to replace my old linksys router. but this router i bought is very bad. i have it set up about 10-15 feet away from my laptop and gaming systems and it keeps dropping. its horrible. even for the price i would not recommend this to anyone i know.

I would recommend this produce to any and all of my family and friends that are in need of a router.

i have had this router for 4 months and have had nothing but bad luck with it. I am contently loosing connection, like 14 times in 20 minutes and i have a small apartment. Tech support does not know how to fix or solve the problem. Do not buy this router

I bought this router over a year ago. Have never had a problem with it. WiFi connects immediately

I bought this to replace a old D-Link that was 5 years old and having slight issues. I wish I had that old D-Link back! This unit is constantly dropping the wireless connection. I called Belkin and they suggested going back to defaults setting. Tried that with no better luck. I have changed channels, relocated it in the house and still no good. The old D-Link was only a G router and we never had "dead spots" in our house. With this Belkin half the house is out of range. Unit started the issues within the first month. I will be buying a D-Link or Netgear this week to replace this "new" router already.
